The trap on this diagram: through each market, one flow runs opposite the other — real things (factors of production, goods and services) move one direction, and money (income, spending) moves the other. If you can’t say which of the two arrows through a market is the "real" flow and which is the "money" flow, that’s the exact gap the FRQs are designed to test.
